For the initial rebuild, we will require the following information in excel format in order to reconstruct the historical information for the portfolios:

• Unrealised Capital Gains as at end of last Financial Year.
• Realised Capital Gains from the beginning of this Financial Year to date (if an inception rebuild, please provide this from inception to current date)
• Investment transactions from the beginning of the period for which you would like us to reconstruct the portfolio.
• Cash Transactions from beginning of this Financial Year to date (if an inception rebuild, please provide cash transactions from inception to current date)
• Opening Portfolio Valuation as at the end of the last Financial Year and as at today.

Templates for each of the points above are as follows and can be accessed through the link in the right hand column:

For unlisted investments:

• Fund Name
• Native Currency of asset
• Holding statement with the investor number
• Price of asset from the date of rebuild
• Income accrued from the date of rebuild
• Contact of the Fund Manager (for unlisted assets that does not have an APIR code)
